Starting September 27, weekly event every Thursday at 7 pm. Some counseling training can be done online and offline at home curriculum.
The Ministry curriculum can be completed in 9 months with a weekly class
or 18 months bi monthly in a bi monthly class.
About Dr. Goins
Dr. Goins answered the call to ministry in 1984 and started an intensive biblical study and was ordained as an Elder and Minister of the Gospel in 1988 while living in Minneapolis Minnesota. Past experience includes serving as an Assistant Pastor, volunteer Hospital Chaplain, Ministers Class Instructor, Bible Study Teacher and Musician. He has also given lectures, conducted seminars, directed organizations, counseled and has ministered in jails as well as internationally in Churches.
August 1995, Dr. Goins founded Jireh Christian Center with his family and one member, Jireh Ministerial Institute and in 1996 Jireh Counseling Center. They were located at 262 Havana units B-E for 16 years and 1532 Galena St. Suite 380 in Aurora Colorado from January 2012 to March 2014. Apostle Goins was ordained as an Apostle on November 22, 2002 by Apostle Lathon Archie. Through Jireh Ministerial Institute, Pastoral and Kingdom work Apostle Goins has demonstrated a passion to establish ministers in their calling as well as saints in their purpose. Several ministers have graduated, and or completed ministry-credentialing requirements, which led to being licensed or ordained in the Gospel Ministry. In January 2006 Apostle Goins began to move more into his assignment to advance the Kingdom of God and created a DBA name for the ministry which went by (Jireh) “Advancing Kingdom Ministries”. Dr Goins professional counseling experience began in 1990. Through clinical experience and anointed insight, he has ministered to thousands. Jireh Counseling Center has increased to include state certified D.U.I. counseling as well as mental health, anger management, abuse, and communication problems with all gender and age groups. Dr. Goins has been instrumental in training several pastors and leaders to becoming Certified Pastoral Counselors through the National Christian Counselors Association. In November 2011with the help of his daughter Sharice he became the Founder of Jireh Enrichment Opportunity Center and Purchased a Commercial property for Community business and Ministries.
After several life and professional changes in the year 2013 Apostle Goins could no longer resist the Prompting from the Lord to not only allow his personal nature to be changed, but also the nature of the ministry. He was also reminded that Obedience is better than sacrifice. His new assignment from the Lord was that his life and ministry should operate in a spirit of Wisdom. WISDOM CHRISTIAN CENTER'S name was taken from the passages Eph. 3:10 & Prov. 4:7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore, get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding., Prov. 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all thy heart and lean not to thy own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. In October 2017 he relocated to Stafford Texas
